When you are just tired of diabetes

Not a failure. Not laziness. A sign that the workload needs support.

01

Name the heavy bit

Is it alarms, decisions, appointments, access, fear or feeling watched? Naming the specific load makes it easier to ask for the right kind of help.

02

A safer pause

A ‘break’ should not mean stopping insulin or ignoring emergency signs. It can mean sharing tasks, reducing nonessential tracking, changing alert settings with clinical guidance or asking for a review.

Keep this bit
  • Tell one person today.
  • Protect insulin access and your emergency plan.
  • Book support before things become a crisis.
03

If you cannot stay safe

If you are thinking about harming yourself, intentionally withholding essential treatment, or feel unable to keep yourself safe, contact local emergency or crisis support and tell someone you trust now.
